MODEL RELEASED. Boy with lower leg brace. A three-year-old boy wearing a brace on his lower left leg. When he was born the left leg was 1cm shorter than the right and bent inwards due to a weak muscle. As he grew this presented as an abnormal gait pattern. The leg brace helps straighten the position of the foot and strengthen the leg muscles.
