Bee pollination. A bee (family Apoidea) on the style (female reproductive part) of a bell flower (Campanula sp.). The bee's underside is covered in pollen, which it is also feeding on. A bell flower's pollen is released from its anthers (male reproductive parts) on to the style, which grows outwards making the pollen easily accessible to insects. When this bee moves to another flower of the same species to feed, some of the pollen will be transferred to the flower's female parts, fertilising them.
