Guttate psoriasis skin rash. This is a condition where the skin is widely covered in small lesions, rather than the large isolated lesions of classic forms. It often follows a streptococcal bacterial infection, as in a sore throat or vaccination, and is most common in children. The rash will normally resolve within a few weeks without treatment. The lesions can be treated by the use of ultraviolet radiation (phototherapy).
