Sperm from the testes (one at lower centre) are stored in the epididymis (on top of testis). During sexual arousal, the sperm, carried in a seminal fluid, passes along the vas deferens tube, over the pubic bone (not seen) and the bladder, and down to the prostate gland (beneath the bladder). The prostate gland adds more fluids, and the mixture passes into the urethra and is ejaculated through the penis. The suspensory ligament (orange) is seen at the base of the penis.
