MODEL RELEASED. Oil tanker worker turning a large valve. This ship, the Alba Marina, is permanently moored in the Rospo Mare oilfield in the Adriatic Sea, off the northern coast of Italy. It is used to store crude oil before it is transferred to oil tankers that transport the oil to shore. All its internal workings have been removed, which allows it to store up to 130,000 tonnes of oil.
