Cabbalistic figure, based on magical numerology, and making us of both Cabbalistic and arcane sigils. The entire figure was originated by the sixteenth century magician, John Dee, and called by him 'The Sign of Aemeth (sometimes wrongly called the Sigil of Aemeth). Dee used the figure in his Enochian magic. The central pentagram is the number of Man, linked with the Angel of Venus. Around the central pentagram is the seven-sided figure, held within an endless figure of seven sides, which touches an outer encircled heptagon.
