Radio car provides running commentary on London league meeting for French listeners . A car fitted with special apparatus has been sent to London to provide the French radio station Radio Cite with news of the League Council meeting at St James ' s Palace . The news is recorded by an expert on international affairds and the records sent to Paris and broadcast within a few hours .
