America finds another child bride . Following the disclosure of the wedding of a 12 year old girl , further child marriages are being brought to light in the United States . The latest was between 21 year old Webster Wilbury junior , and 15 year old Margaret Teresa Plass , at Poughkeepsie , New York State . The wedding was marred by the arrest , shortly afterwards of the bride ' s brother , Van Henry Plass ( 26 ) who married 17 year old Grace Haines .
