Bruno Mussolini at Rio after breaking South Atlantic. A record. These pictures, just received in London by air from Rio de Janeiro, were taken after the arrival of Bruno Mussolini. 19-year-old son of the Italian dictator after a record Crossing of the South Atlantic. Another plane piloted by Colonel Bisso, also arrived, a third landing at Port Natal owing to engine trouble. Mussolini and Bisec completed the the 6000 miles flight from Rome and 39 hours 35 minutes. The 2000 mile crossing from Natal, Brazil, was made in approximately 8 1/2 hours-2 1/2 hours less than the record set by the French airmen Codos and Reine last November. The planes S 37 military machines, were making the flight to blaze the trail for a regular air service between Italy and South America. A flight in the reverse direction by Mario Stoppani being rescued, but his three companions were killed.
