Referees training session. For the first time in football history, the referees are on a training course at Bisham Abbey, Berkshire at the national recreation centre, The course lasts for five days and is being attended by representatives of 28 County associations. Subjects covered include the history of the game, development of match control, interpretation of the laws of the game, and methods of training and examining referees.
