The bi-centenary of Humphrey Gainsborough , the famous painter , was celebrated at Henley - on - Thames Congregational Church, and an official party from Sudbury , Suffolk attended the ceremony. Included in the party was Mr. KMG Waring , who is a descendant of the Gainsborough family and Mr AUSTIN LANE POOLE , also a descendant of the great painter.
