Algerian War The Algerian Nationalist movement , the FLN , is at present engaged in a wide intensive campaign to call the Moslem population to vote for independence at Sunday's referendum . A tremendous rally was staged near Arba , near Algiers , where a vast crowd listened to independence speeches by prominent Nationalist personalities.
