Missing Diplomat's Wife Vanishes With Children. Two British Foreign Office ecurity men have flown to Switzlerland following the disappearance of Mrs. Melinda Maclean, wife of the missing British diplomat, and her three children. Mrs. Maclean, who had been on holiday with her children in Majorca, returned to Geneva on September 7. Last Monday, the Foreign Office received first news that she and her children had vanished. (Mr. Maclean, who was head of the American Department of the Foreign Office, and another diplomat, Mr. Burgessm disappeared on May 25, 1951.
