Father Peter, rehabilitated. The famous 14th century figure of 'Father Peter', well known in pre war Exeter, is being restored after being stored away in St Katherine's priory during the Blitz years. The oaken statue will be placed in a niche overlooking Exeter's busiest Street, High Street, and North Street corner.
