The faithful in the political or administrative elections give the vote to the parties that follow the doctrine of Karl Marx commit gross negligence. 4. Parents and guardians who entrust their children to be educated communist associations according to the principles of that party (APIs) are excluded from the holy Sacraments; and are also the same except for the children; until they are part of these associations. 5.
