African wild dogs (Lycaon pictus) fitted with tracking collar, Gorongosa National Park, Mozambique. part of the first pack to be reintroduced to the park since the end of the Mozambican Civil War, which wiped out more than 90% of large mammals in the park. These dogs were relocated from South Africa to Gorongosa in 2018, and quickly adapted to their new home.
