Wallace K. Harrison and Trygve Lie. Wallace Kirkman Harrison (September 28, 1895 - December 2, 1981) was an American architect. He is best known for executing large public projects in New York City and upstate, many of them a result of his long relationship with Nelson Rockefeller, for whom he served as an adviser. Trygve Halvdan Lie (16 July 1896 - 30 December 1968) was a Norwegian politician, labour leader, government official and author. He served as Norwegian foreign minister during the critical years of the Norwegian government in exile in London from 1940 to 1945. From 1946 to 1952 he was the first Secretary-General of the United Nations.
