Carry Message Over Iron Curtain - Experimental plastic balloons are tested in Minneapolis prior to last night's release of 2,000 of them from a point in southern Germany. Balloons carried 2,000,000 (m) leaflets of friendship into Red-ruled Czechoslovakia. Some of them are designed to exploded at 30,000 feet, scattering their load of pamphlets.
