The wide protruding mouth plate and the style of painting refer to a late origin; so that the vessel can be assigned to the so-called Kertscher vases. The picture field between the handles as well as the mouth plate are decorated with a coarse; volatile painted egg stick. Side A shows from left to right the protomes of an eagle-grasp with pointed ears and a serrated comb on the back; an Amazon head with a so-called Phrygian cap and a bridled horse head. They are shown in profile to the right. Head and chest of the griffin as well as the face of the Amazon are shown in white additional color. Side B shows in fleeting painting two cloak figures facing each other. The left figure holds a tympanum. Between them there is a pillar.
