Frances E. Willard (1839???¡Ô?¡Ô????¡Ô??????1898) was an American educator, temperance reformer, and womans suffragist. She helped organize in 1874 the Womans Christian Temperance Union and served as its second president from 1879-1898. In this photo Frances Willard wears the white bow of the Temperance Union.
