
Westminster Bridge, London, looking from the south bank of the Thames. This is the bridge rebuilt by Thomas Page (1803-1877) beginning in 1853. Charles Barry (1795-1860), architect of the Houses of Parliament, designed details on the bridge in keeping with Parliament. Bridge opened in 1862.
