Red-eyed tree frog (Agalychnis callidrias) resting on a tree. This tree frog is endemic to the rainforests and humid lowlands across southern Mexico and Central America. These frogs are insectivores, eating moths, crickets, flies, and other small insects. They have a bright green body, blue and yellow stripes on the side, orange coloured feet, and characteristic bright red eyes. Photographed in the rainforest in Costa Rica.
